Which Sundance® Spas models can I see at Southwest Spas & Pools?

What is the difference between the Sundance® 980, 880, 780, 680, and Splash Series?
Each series offers a different mix of jets, features, and price. The 980™ Series is the flagship, with the highest jet counts and premium finishes. The 880™ and 780™ Series balance strong hydrotherapy with everyday value. The 680™ and Sundance Splash™ Series are the most affordable entry points.
How many people can a Sundance® hot tub seat?
Our Sundance® models seat 3 to 7 adults. Compact spas like the Alicia™, Capri®, and Dover™ seat three. Mid-size models such as the Hamilton™, Cameo®, and Ramona® seat six. The Kingston™, Aspen®, Chelsee®, McKinley®, and Brook™ seat seven.
What are Fluidix® jets?
Fluidix® jets are the bearingless jet design found in Sundance® Spas. With no bearings to clog or wear out, they keep performing year after year. Each jet mixes air and water for a smoother, deeper massage. Placement targets reflexology and acupressure points across your back, shoulders, and legs.
What is the Sundance® SmartTub® System?
SmartTub® links your spa to an app on your phone. You can set the temperature, check filtration cycles, and schedule heating from anywhere. The app also flags issues before they turn into service calls. Ask our team which models include SmartTub®.
Should I choose lounge seating or open seating?
A lounge seat lets one person stretch out full length for back and leg therapy. Open seating gives every bather an upright seat and more room to move. Families and groups usually prefer open layouts. Try both dry in our showroom before you choose.
What electrical hookup does a Sundance® hot tub need?
Most Sundance® models run on a dedicated 240-volt circuit wired by a licensed electrician. Some smaller spas can plug into a standard 120-volt outlet. Requirements vary by model and by local code. We confirm the exact spec for your spa before delivery.
Do you deliver and install Sundance® Spas near me?
Yes. We deliver and set up across the Phoenix East Valley from our Mesa and Gilbert showrooms, with a Scottsdale showroom opening soon. Our crew reviews access, pad requirements, and placement ahead of delivery day. Call (480) 307-6863 to book a delivery date.
Can you use a hot tub in Arizona during the summer?
Yes, and plenty of Arizona owners soak year round. Drop the set temperature into the 80s or low 90s for a cool soak. Keep the cover on during the day to block heat gain. Evening and early morning soaks are the most comfortable.
What warranty comes with a Sundance® Spa?
Every Sundance® Spa is covered by a factory warranty for the shell, surface, plumbing, and equipment. Coverage length varies by series and by component. As an authorized dealer, we handle warranty claims and service ourselves. Ask us for the full terms on any model.
How much maintenance does a Sundance® hot tub need?
Plan on about 15 minutes a week. Test and balance your water, rinse the filter monthly, and drain every three to four months. Sundance® filtration and water care systems cut the workload. We stock supplies and train every owner at handover.
Can I finance a Sundance® hot tub?
Yes. We offer financing for qualified buyers, so you can spread the cost across monthly payments. Terms and rates depend on credit approval. Many customers use financing to move up a series. Ask a showroom associate about current programs.
